Quality and traceability

Stator Aero is a trader, not a repair station. Nothing is repaired or overhauled in-house. Repair, overhaul and test is performed by FAA or EASA Part 145 shops, and material ships on that shop’s release.

Records

Reviewed before the quote goes out, not after the PO. Where there is a gap, it is stated in the offer.

ReleaseFAA 8130-3, EASA Form 1 or dual release as the condition requires, issued by the Part 145 shop or operator that did the work.

Government and military useDisclosure of prior installation on public, government or military aircraft.

The system behind it

Quality manual written to the ASA-100 clause structure. Available for review on request.

Supplier approvalSources evaluated before first purchase. Claimed accreditations verified against the issuing body’s published list, not a certificate emailed to us.
PO clausesRelease, trace, non-incident statement and government-use disclosure required on every order we place, so the paperwork arrives with the part.
Documentation reviewRecorded per part: accepted, accepted with stated limitation, or rejected.
Receiving inspectionPN and SN verified against the order and the release before anything enters saleable stock.
Quarantine and scrapNonconforming material segregated. Scrap mutilated so it cannot re-enter the chain.
RetentionSeven years after sale, and life of part on LLP material.
